Shed Structure

For the past 10-12 years, we have introduced MS Structures in place of traditional Wooden and bamboo Structures. We have designed Pillarless Dome Type Space Frame Structure of two types.. For further wide span up to 47 mtr, we give two intermediate columns.

1.Clear Span Structure – Pillarless Structure ranging from 15mts to 28mtrs
2.Wide Structures with Two Intermediate Pillars – Ranging from 36 mtrs to 47 mtrs

Construction

Shed Main Structure made with ground-to-ground tubular trusses frames at every 15ft distance.
The truss frame is made by pre-fabricated members that are assembled at site, fastened using nut-bolts. All trusses are tied with tubular purlins at the distance of 1.5 mtr on both the ends of truss using nut-bolts. Once all trusses tied with purlins it becomes space frame type interlocking pattern rigid structure. For large span areas, it is supported with two intermediate pillars.

Advantages (with Icons)

• Structures can be fixed and dismantled as per need and desire. When required this structure system can be easily demounted and rebuilt at another location.
• Every component is prefabricated; hence storage and transportation of the system components are quite economical.
• Due to the light weight frames long and clear spans can be easily achieved, whereas conventional structures will weigh two or three-fold compared to this Structure
• There is a regular grid of supports available thus reducing or even eliminating the need for secondary steelwork to support them.
• The frame structure provides wide working floor area with minimum obstruction through intermediate supporting columns and bracings. It gives total freedom for vehicle movements and maximum utilization of available space.
• The structure is tidy looking; Unlike Wood Structure Sheds, the support members are in straight line, without any sagging.
• Almost Permanent Structure without need of any foundation. Truss Structure is very safe for longer period. This structure is anti- quake as the dead loads (Mass Lumps) are distributed over many joints/nodes which lead to minimal loss of the structure during tremors and earthquakes .
• Since the system is prefabricated under factory supervision one can expect the rightful quality control. 11. Sheds available for 6 months to 60 months period
